Trackfil consists of RFID Handheld Reader, Fixed Reader, and RFID tags with supporting apps such as windows service check-in/check-out application, handheld reader application, and desktop applications. Each file will be mapped to a RFID UHF tags (on Air) in order to prevent elegance in record keeping and tracked during return and issue. RFID UHF fixed reader will enhance the process by reading, writing and check-in/check-out. RFID Handheld reader are easy to use with high tracking capacity kept in file shelf for inventory and handheld apps throws details on server for future use. AOPL Handheld reader provides optional functions like camera to take snap of person with integrated GPS/GSM. Check-in/check-out application allows files to issue by disarming, when files are returned by arming default each file is armed during tagging. Desktop application allows the admin to download reports, access the history of all files, file location, current file location etc.
Working:
Inventory in a day starts file tracking and generates reports for the day with missing files, when files are moved from initial location to current location handheld devices are used to issue and track. Fixed readers used for check-in/ check-out of file. Employees can locate a file by entering a request in their desktop PC.
